Lucky PK Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lucky PK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("you", "the player", "the account holder") and Lucky PK ("Lucky PK", "we", "us", "our") when you access and use luckypk.biz, including any associated mobile or web applications, products and services offered through the platform.

By registering an account on Lucky PK, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Lucky PK platform.

These Terms should be read alongside Lucky PK's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Lucky PK. Links to both are available in the footer of every page on luckypk.biz.

To register and use a Lucky PK account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky PK does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We carry out age verification checks at registration and may request supporting documentation at any time.
• Residency: Lucky PK is operated for players in Pakistan and selected territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Lucky PK is permitted in your jurisdiction. Lucky PK does not guarantee access from all regions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Lucky PK accounts cannot be opened on behalf of another person.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of Lucky PK and its affiliated partners are not permitted to hold active betting accounts.

Each person is permitted to hold only one Lucky PK account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed without notice. Any balance and bonus funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Lucky PK reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Lucky PK will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your username and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Lucky PK support immediately.

Lucky PK accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any winnings to another person.

All Lucky PK deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Lucky PK does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your bank or wallet provider.

Lucky PK supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Lucky PK's discretion — current available methods are always displayed on the deposit page of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your Lucky PK balance instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank IBFT, processing may take up to two business hours. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact Lucky PK support with your transaction reference.

• Funds deposited to Lucky PK must not originate from criminal or illegal activity.
• Lucky PK reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time.
• Deposits made in error — for example to the wrong account — should be reported immediately to Lucky PK support.
• Lucky PK does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Lucky PK is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

Lucky PK aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. VIP Club members at Platinum and Elite tier benefit from prioritised and often instant withdrawal processing. Standard processing timelines for each method are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Within a few hours of approval, often instantly.
• Bank IBFT: 1–3 business hours after approval.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days after approval, subject to card issuer processing.

Before your first withdrawal, Lucky PK will complete a standard identity verification check. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method you are using. This is a standard industry process to protect against fraud and money laundering — it is a one-time requirement unless Lucky PK requests updated documentation later.

All bets placed on Lucky PK are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are displayed on the relevant betting pages within your account.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Lucky PK. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking reference in your account. Lucky PK reserves the right to decline or limit bets at its discretion.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 unless a higher minimum is displayed for a specific market.
• Maximum Payout: Lucky PK applies a maximum payout per bet slip. The applicable limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Winning bets above the cap will be settled at the cap amount.
• Void Bets: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours or an event is cancelled, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on completed markets will stand.
• Errors in Odds: In the event of a palpable error in pricing, Lucky PK reserves the right to void affected bets. This covers obvious system errors resulting in odds significantly outside normal market range.
• Result Settlement: Lucky PK settles bets based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, unless otherwise stated). Extra time, penalties and super overs are only included where expressly stated in the market.
• Accumulator Rules: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the selection is removed and the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs. The potential payout adjusts accordingly.

Lucky PK offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, as well as the following general rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Lucky PK accounts only. Lucky PK reserves the right to exclude accounts from promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered at the requirement stated in the offer before they can be withdrawn. The requirement applies to the bonus amount unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Certain bet types, markets and games may not contribute to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. This is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Lucky PK reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion before its cancellation will be treated fairly under the terms that applied when they opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, betting both sides of a market to guarantee a withdrawal, or any other form of exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account closure.

Lucky PK's Live Casino section hosts real-time games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti and others. The following rules apply to all live casino activity in addition to general account terms:

• Bets placed and confirmed before the dealer announces "No More Bets" are valid. Any bet placed after this announcement is void regardless of outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including video stream interruption or server error — Lucky PK will resolve the hand or round using available game data. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, all bets for that round are voided and stakes returned.
• Live casino game results are final once the dealing or spinning sequence is complete and confirmed by the dealer or system. Complaints about individual game results must be submitted to Lucky PK support within 48 hours with the relevant round ID.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and are clearly displayed within the live casino lobby and at each table before you sit down.
• Lucky PK reserves the right to limit maximum wins per session on live casino games at its discretion, particularly for accounts showing unusual play patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Lucky PK and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action:

• Opening more than one Lucky PK account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to access the Lucky PK platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which Lucky PK offers odds.
• Systematic exploitation of errors in odds (known as "arbing" or arbitrage abuse against Lucky PK's own lines).
• Using Lucky PK for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Lucky PK staff or other customers via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account or Lucky PK's internal systems.

Lucky PK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct, suspension may occur without prior notice and pending balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Players may also request the closure of their own Lucky PK account at any time by contacting support. If you choose to close your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Lucky PK accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Lucky PK will attempt to notify you before applying a dormancy charge. Any remaining balance in a dormant account is protected and will be returned upon reactivation request.

Lucky PK is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been active on Lucky PK for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from Lucky PK at any time. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.

Lucky PK uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, fulfil legal obligations and improve the platform. Lucky PK does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Lucky PK provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and circumstances beyond Lucky PK's reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky PK shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings or opportunities arising from technical failures, delays or errors.
• Loss or corruption of data beyond Lucky PK's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on Lucky PK, including odds, statistics or content.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond Lucky PK's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky PK's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Lucky PK may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Lucky PK will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and/or display a prominent notice on luckypk.biz.

Your continued use of Lucky PK after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance by contacting Lucky PK support before the effective date of the update.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Lucky PK operates its platform for the Pakistani market and aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, promptly and transparently through its customer support and escalation process.
