Registering on Lucky PK takes under two minutes. Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92 format), a secure password and your date of birth. You must be 18 or older to create a Lucky PK account. Once submitted, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify your mobile number — enter it and your account is ready. No uploads or paperwork are needed at the point of registration; identity documents may be requested before your first withdrawal.

The minimum age is 18 years. Lucky PK strictly enforces this requirement. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth during registration, and Lucky PK reserves the right to request a valid CNIC or other identity document at any point to verify your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned.

No. Lucky PK operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player is allowed a single registered account linked to their mobile number and identity. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different mobile numbers — is a violation of the Lucky PK Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support at support@luckypk.biz immediately.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and Lucky PK will send an OTP to your phone. Enter the OTP, create a new password, and you will be back inside your account within two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support@luckypk.biz with your account details and CNIC for manual identity verification.

You can request permanent account closure by emailing support@luckypk.biz from your registered email address. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method. Note that if you are looking to take a break rather than permanently close your account, Lucky PK's responsible gaming tools — including cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — may be a better fit. Deposits

Log in to your Lucky PK account, navigate to the Cashier section and select "Deposit." Choose your preferred payment method from the available options:

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are usually credited within seconds. IBFT bank transfers can take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits typically clear within a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check that the transaction was confirmed on your payment provider's end, then contact Lucky PK support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

Lucky PK does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. Lucky PK has no control over third-party fees. Always check your payment provider's fee schedule before sending funds if you want to avoid surprises.
Withdrawals

Log in to your Lucky PK account, go to the Cashier and select "Withdraw." Choose the payment method you want to receive funds through — Lucky PK withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Enter the amount (minimum Rs 1,000), confirm the request, and Lucky PK will process it. Most withdrawals are completed within a few hours, though first-time withdrawals may take longer due to the identity verification step.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Lucky PK is Rs 1,000. There is no platform-level maximum, though payment providers have their own limits for single transactions. VIP Club members at higher tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing and in some cases higher single-transaction limits — see the VIP Club page for details.

Withdrawal delays on Lucky PK are most commonly caused by one of the following:
  • First-time withdrawal identity check — Lucky PK verifies your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Have your CNIC ready to submit if requested.
  • Incomplete KYC — If your account details haven't been fully verified, withdrawals are held until verification is complete.
  • Active bonus wagering requirement — If you have an active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement, withdrawals may be restricted until the requirement is fulfilled.
  • Payment provider processing time — IBFT bank transfers can take several hours. Most mobile wallet withdrawals resolve much faster.

Lucky PK does not charge withdrawal fees from its end. Your payment provider may apply processing charges on their side — this is outside Lucky PK's control. VIP Club members at Elite and Platinum tiers may receive fee-free withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

In-play betting (also called live betting) means placing bets on a match while it is actually happening. Lucky PK fully supports in-play betting across cricket, football and esports. Odds update in real time as the match unfolds — wickets, goals, corners, run rates and more all shift the markets live. The minimum stake for most markets on Lucky PK is Rs 100. This applies to single bets and most accumulator legs. Some special markets or boosted odds promotions may have their own minimum stake stated in the offer terms. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on each individual bet slip before you confirm.

An accumulator (or "acca") is a single bet that combines two or more selections. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but the potential returns are much larger because the odds multiply together.
